We are pleased to announce that this year's PLASTPOL Trade Fair will feature B2B matchmaking meetings aimed at accelerating business contacts (Business Mixer).

The meetings will be held on the fourth day of the trade fair (May 22nd) at the Kielce Trade Fairs under the name CONNECT PLAST. Company representatives and visitors from various countries will be able to join previously scheduled and arranged discussions aimed at establishing new partnerships.

• The event is open to both PLASTPOL Trade Fair exhibitors and visitors,
• PRE-REGISTRATION is required for all event participants (ORDER & REGISTRATION),
• The registration deadline is May 15, 2026,
• Participation in CONNECT PLAST is subject to a fee of PLN 300,- per person (+ 23%VAT),
• Payment must be made before the start of the Trade Fair.

To register for the CONNECT PLAST business mixer, you must:

1. Order a paid service for participation in the CONNECT PLAST Business Mixer via the PLASTPOL Trade Fair Exhibitor Portal (ORDER).
2. Completing all required fields of the registration form ("register for the event"), relating directly to the Participant's personal data (REGISTRATION), entering a mobile phone number in the format of a series of numbers without spaces (xxxxxxxxx) and information regarding the scope and/or profile of the business (1) as well as the main target groups of interest or contacts (2). It is also possible to indicate segments that we would like to avoid during the meeting session (3).

• (3) „What people would you LIKE TO AVOID?”

LIMITATIONS

• PRIOR REGISTRATION required,
• Maximum of two representatives (participants) representing the same company,
• Cancellation of participation after registering in the mixer is not possible,
• Participation is only possible after payment is made within the required deadline (PLN 300,- per person + VAT 23%),
• It is not possible to add yourself to the list after registration or during the Event.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• By submitting the REGISTRATION, each CONNECT PLAST participant consents to the processing of his or her personal data by the Organizers for the purposes of implementing the event.
