Temperature control in CHT Single test stands
Single CHT devices are successfully used in the automotive industry, for example, in e-mobility, in battery and oil test benches, radiator test benches, electronics and control cards, thermal resistance of high-demand components, and chip and semiconductor test benches. Their temperature range is from -45°C to +130°C. We produce series units with a heating capacity of 36kW and a cooling capacity of 30kW. However, we can always customize our temperature control units to meet specific requirements and functional requirements, based on customer requirements.

Single ATT Variotherm
The SINGLE Variotherm system is a customizable solution for cyclic variable temperature control of injection molds using water up to 200°C in presses and other tools. This dynamically active system allows for alternating hot and cold media flow, thus enabling active heating and cooling of molds. Variotherm technology has a measurable impact on surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and part durability. It reduces residual stresses and shrinkage in parts, supports the production of technical parts with fiberglass, and importantly, significantly shortens cycle times.

SINGLE - Injection Molding Package is a series of temperature control units with heating power of 6 / 9 / 18 kW and cooling capacities of 45 / 50 / 80 / 120 kW, with flow rates ranging from 27 to 135 l/min. They are divided into three categories: Basic / Advanced / Professional.
The devices offer short delivery times and the best price-to-features-to-functionality ratio.
