White rubber sheets food grade - FDA
White rubber sheets intended for the food industry, available in SCP’s portfolio, are manufactured from high-quality elastomers and offered in several rubber compound types depending on the application: general-purpose SBR, oil-resistant NBR, acid-resistant EPDM, and both acid- and oil-resistant CR.
White sheets with FDA approval, available under the Pegasus brand, are products with high mechanical performance. Their high elastomer content provides strong chemical resistance, depending on the selected compound.
Rubber sheets for the food industry offered by SCP are Zenith Rubber products that comply with both U.S. FDA standards and European Regulation EC 1935/2004.
White rubber sheets for the food industry are available in rolls with thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 10 mm and widths of 1.2 m or 1.4 m. The density, depending on the type of elastomer, ranges from 1.3 g/cm³ to 1.5 g/cm³, while elongation at break reaches up to 350%.
The product is odorless, and its color is described as off-white, making it a safe solution for food industry applications.

Viton rubber sheet, designated as FKM or FPM, is a fluoroelastomer and one of the most resistant sealing elastomer materials available. It is designed for operation in demanding conditions, capable of withstanding high temperatures of up to 250°C, even when exposed to aggressive oils and chemicals. Viton sheets exhibit excellent resistance to compression set. Their wide range of applications is also due to their strong resistance to weathering.
Viton sheets available at SCP are products of the Zenith Rubber brand. They have a hardness of 72 Shore A and are characterized by high tensile strength reaching 5 MPa. FKM sheets have a high density, which translates into a high mass per unit area. They are available in black, or optionally in white for food-grade applications with FDA approval.

We offer rubber sheets in a wide range of thicknesses and in many variants of technical rubber compounds. Our portfolio includes general-purpose SBR sheets, oil-resistant NBR, weather-resistant EPDM, as well as other specialist grades for demanding operating conditions such as chloroprene (CR) sheets and VMQ silicone and NR natural rubber. The rubber sheets in the SCP range include our own SCP Select brand products as well as rubber manufactured by Zenith Industrial Rubber Products.
SCP rubber sheets can be utilized as finished products. They are used as rubber mats on workbenches, cable covers, rubber for shot blasting chambers, and as flooring and surface linings in warehouses and production halls. SBR sheets are used for mobile wall fillings, as well as sound-dampening, protective, and anti-slip elements. They can also serve as semi-finished products in the manufacturing of seals, washers, aprons, plows and scrapers or as stoppers, and bumpers.

VMQ rubber sheets are commonly referred to in industry terminology as silicone rubber. They are produced through the vulcanization of silicone rubber (VMQ), a synthetic material known for its excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, both very high and very low. Unlike general-purpose rubber sheets, silicone maintains its physico-mechanical properties across the widest temperature range among all commonly used technical elastomers.
Depending on the application, VMQ sheets are available in red, blue, and transparent versions. Transparent and colored variants with FDA approval are particularly suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. VMQ sheets are successfully used wherever resistance to extreme temperatures, UV radiation, ozone, and good flexibility over a wide temperature range are required.
SCP offers silicone rubber sheets in several color variants: blue, transparent, and red, with thicknesses starting from 0.5 mm. The operating temperature range in which VMQ sheets maintain stable properties is from -60°C to +200°C.

REKOPLAST is a range of insulation mats made from rubber granulate. REKOPLAST recycled rubber mats are fully eco-friendly and durable products. They are manufactured using innovative technologies from SBR rubber granulate derived from recycled raw materials, specifically used car tires. The production process is carried out with full respect for the natural environment. The rubber granulate is bonded with a thermoplastic polymer binder, which gives the mats durability, flexibility, and resistance to mechanical damage. In some cases, colored EPDM granulate is added, enhancing the visual appeal and overall aesthetics of the mats.

Rubber regranulate is a versatile technical material that combines good shock‑absorbing performance and effective noise and vibration damping with high mechanical resistance. In the form of mats, sheets and pads, it is used, among others, as a surface in fitness areas, a protective layer in warehouses and workshops, an underlay beneath machines and as a separation element between decking joists and the substrate. Different densities and formats make it possible to match the product to specific loads and operating conditions – from light technical applications to heavily used commercial zones.

Revogum floorings are available in rolls with a standard width of 1.2 m, thicknesses of 3 and 4 mm and lengths from 5 to 10 m, which facilitates fitting to larger surfaces and minimises the number of joints in the floor. NR rubber sheets by Zenith are flexible sheets made from natural rubber, designed for industrial applications requiring high abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical strength, and elasticity. Thanks to the combination of high tensile strength, high elongation at break, and good adhesion to substrates, NR sheets perform well both as a structural material and as a working lining exposed to intensive wear.
Due to their excellent abrasion resistance while maintaining high flexibility, NR rubber sheets are widely used as wear-resistant and impact-absorbing linings in bulk material handling systems and transfer points.
SCP offers Zenith NR rubber sheets in roll form, with industry-standard widths (including 1.2 m, 1.4 m, and even 2 m) and standard lengths of 10 meters, making it easier to match the format to production lines, conveyors, chutes, or workstations. The natural rubber used by Zenith is characterized by low density, high resilience, and very good adhesion, allowing NR sheets to bond well to substrates and be used as cushioning layers for impact and vibration.

This places these sheets in the industrial-grade segment with enhanced mechanical performance. The operating temperature range for most Zenith NR sheets intended for general industrial use is approximately from -40°C to +70°C. For borderline applications, it is recommended to verify the specific technical datasheet of the selected NR grade.
