Our company, METÁLPLASZT Kft., was founded in 1991 and is a 100% Hungarian-owned family business.

Initially, plastic injection molding was the company's main activity, but then, taking into account customer needs, it expanded its service area to include tool design, manufacturing, metalworking, plastic surface coating (buffing, painting), a complex assembly line, and wire and cable assembly capacity.

The initial number of employees of 8 has increased significantly, and today we provide a livelihood for nearly 350 families at our Jásztelek and Hatvan sites.

Our main activities:

Plastic Processing
Injection molding from 25t clamping force to 1650t, with more than 50 injection molding machines. Separate consumer electronics and automotive/medical technology divisions. Vibration welding, embossing, tamponing, IML injection molding technology.

Metalworking
We design and manufacture tools, components and custom tools based on our customers' needs and our own designs.
Our main activities include: CAD/CAM design, milling, turning, surface grinding, wire EDM, solid EDM,deep drilling, laser welding and heat treatment.
Our tool shop maintains and repairs our tool park of several hundred pieces according to customer requirements.
In addition, we also manufacture new tools, special tools and JIGs.

Painting
We have a decisive painting capacity in Hungary, a team of experts and, last but not least, a machine park.
In our manual painting booths, we realize unique ideas, as well as the painting and surface treatment of small series and prototypes.
On our flatbed painting line (Venjakob), we serve geometrically less complex pieces and large series.
We recommend our robotic painting lines (B+M) for larger, complex products and large series!
Our technology is suitable for painting with both water-based and solvent-based paints, supplemented by UV drying.
We have designed and operate our painting activities and processes according to the IATF 16949:2016 automotive industry standard.

Assembly
We undertake the assembly of automotive and consumer electronics products, providing a complete supply-chain management background

Cable assembly
In our cable assembly plant, we manufacture wire and cable assemblies in small, medium and large series.
The main elements of our Komax machinery park are: Komax Kappa 331 circular knife stripping machine for shielded and coaxial cables, Komax bt722 stripping and crimping machine, Komax Alpha 530 automatic, Komax Microlab 30 grinding laboratory.
