DANQUINSA GmbH, an experienced supplier of thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) from Lubrizol Advanced Materials Spain S.L. (Pearlthane®, Estane®, Pearlcoat®, Pearlbond®, Pearlstick®), will be at Plastpol 2026 to showcase the latest technical solutions for injection molding, extrusion and coating applications.
Thermoplastic polyurethanes are characterized by their exceptional elasticity, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. ESTANE® ECO TPU is a product made from renewable raw materials from Lubrizol's Bio-TPU™ product range. Originally developed by Merquinsa under the name Pearlthane™ ECO, it is the first bio-based* TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) that does not compromise performance compared to conventional petroleum-based TPUs.

Sustainable wood-plastic compounds
GMTX® XI RPP F is a wood-polymer compound based on recycling PP (post-industrial / PIR) and wood waste (from the wood processing industry).
The concentration of wood used is between 35 - 45% by weight.
The innovative manufacturing process allows the production of high-quality and durable components. The granules can be processed very well with classic injection molding or extrusion systems.
Components and surfaces with a wood-like appearance are achieved when processed in nature. Coloring by using color masterbatch is also possible.
