E-GO Series of Extruders for Pipes and Profiles
The E-GO single-screw extrusion lines by Bausano are designed for the production of plastic profiles and pipes with high process stability and material flexibility.
For profiles, E-GO extruders process PVC, PE, PP, ABS, PC/ABS, PMMA and WPC compounds, enabling the manufacture of window and door frames, cable ducts, skirting boards, shutters, trims and technical shapes for construction and industrial applications.
For pipes, the lines handle PVC, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PP-R, PE-X and PE-RT, producing single- or multilayer tubes for water supply, gas distribution, drainage, irrigation systems and electrical conduits. Optimized screw geometry ensures consistent melt quality, dimensional precision and reliable long-term performance.
Bausano E-GO single-screw extrusion lines for pipes are engineered for high performance and process stability across a wide production range. The series includes screw diameters from 45 to 150 mm, L/D ratios up to 40 and motor power reaching 620 kW, with output up to 1,700 kg/h on PE100. Mono-layer pipe heads cover diameters from 5 to 1,200 mm, while multilayer configurations can reach 2,000 kg/h, ensuring flexibility for infrastructure, gas, water and industrial applications. The systems process PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PE-X, EVOH and technical polymers, with spiral distribution heads and Internal Pipe Cooling (IPC) to guarantee uniform wall thickness, dimensional stability and high surface quality, even at high throughput.
For profile extrusion, E-GO models range from 45 to 90 mm screw diameter, with L/D ratios up to 30 and motor power up to 135 kW. These lines are suitable for technical and window profiles, cable ducts, trims, skirting boards and custom geometries. Designed for PVC rigid, ABS, PC and WPC, they ensure precise shaping through stainless steel calibration tools and modular cooling benches, delivering consistent dimensional accuracy and repeatable quality.

MD Extruder Series
The Bausano MD series twin-screw extruders are high-performance machines designed for efficient, reliable processing of PVC, technical profiles, compounds and other thermoplastics. Featuring Bausano’s patented Multidrive transmission system, these extruders distribute torque across multiple synchronized motors, reducing mechanical stress and energy consumption while extending component life. Compact models like the MD 30 are ideal for lab testing, sampling and formulation analysis, while larger MD 52–66–75 machines deliver stable productivity and lower power use with smart digital control. The MD series ensures homogeneous melting, precise thermal control and repeatable output quality across applications. Built for industrial use with robust construction and advanced digital monitoring, MD extruders offer energy savings, flexibility and high uptime for demanding extrusion lines.
The MD Series of Bausano parallel counter-rotating twin-screw extruders covers diameters from 30 to 170 mm, with L/D ratios ranging from 19 to 30, depending on the model. Rotation speed varies between 8 and 80 rpm, ensuring stable and precise processing across a wide range of thermoplastic materials.
Each screw delivers torque from 1,780 Nm (MD 52) up to 46,960 Nm (MD 170), supported by a high dynamic load thrust bearing system reaching 5,900 kN in larger models, designed to handle demanding production volumes.
Installed motor power ranges from 2 × 1.5 kW (MD 30) up to 4 × 55 kW (MD 170), with total installed power reaching 435 kW in high-capacity configurations.
All MD extruders feature fluid-type screw thermoregulation, integrated vacuum degassing systems, and air or liquid barrel cooling, ensuring accurate thermal control, mechanical durability, and consistent, high-output performance across industrial applications.
