PK MIL S.A. is a Polish–Ukrainian joint venture based in Poland (EU),
established by PONAR Wadowice S.A. (51% shareholding),
a leading Polish manufacturer of hydraulic systems and components,
and the Kramatorsk Heavy Duty Machine Tool Building
Plant (49% shareholding), a renowned Ukrainian producer of heavy
machinery and defence solutions.
• The joint venture enables rapid scaling of operations to meet the
surging demand for artillery systems in Poland, the European Union,
and other international markets.
• The company is organising the production of the European version of the combat-proven and highly reliable 155 mm “Bogdana” system.
• A broad portfolio of high-tech defence products, ranging from design and multi-site manufacturing to maintenance and technical support. The company holds key certifications, including ISO 9001 (TÜV NORD / TÜV), ISO 3834 (IIW/EWF), and Factory Production Control (FPC) (GSI/SLV).

• 155 mm SELF-PROPELLED HOWITZER “BOGDANA” is a NATO-standard 155 mm self-propelled howitzer featuring a 52-calibre barrel and 6×6 or 8×8 mobility. Its combat-proven long-range precision makes it the most rigorously tested and continuously modernised gun-howitzer in its
class on the modern battlefield.
• 155 mm TOWED HOWITZER “BOGDANA-BG” is a NATO-standard 155 mm towed howitzer featuring a 52-calibre barrel, a rugged carriage based on the 2A36 “HIACYNT-B” chassis, and long-range firing capabilities.
