Chemical Works NITRO-CHEM S.A. is a global leading producer of explosives, ammunition and an export leader in the Polish defense industry. The company has 75 years’ experience and the manufactured products reach almost all continents and are highly appreciated by customers from such countries as the United States, Canada, Turkey, Germany, the Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Great Britain, France, Israel and Taiwan.
We have been playing an active role in the process of Polish army modernization, supplying the army with, among other things, artillery shells, tank missiles, mortar shells and TNT charges. Our factory also produces Mk82 bombs. Some of the explosives produced by NITRO-CHEM are sold to civilian customers from the mining and engineering industries.

Pressed TNT boosters
“NITRO-CHEM” S.A. offers a wide range of explosives for civil purposes, such as boosters and charges of various weights, designated for use in open-cast mining, geophysics and road works.
Pressed TNT booster can be used as an individual demolition charge designated for boreholes in all open-cast mines, quarries and for road construction. Characteristic features:
 produced from TNT or other explosives (Comp. B, Hexotonal, A-3, A-4, A-5 or other products)
 T-500 - the most popular booster with a total weight of 485g = 1Ib, also available in a modular version that increases the weight
 Various basic weights: from 45g to 1500g,
 CE Mark for 160g, 250g, 500g, 1000g, and 1500g
 Designed to optimize the ANFO initiation, bulk and packaged emulsion materials
