Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No 2 S.A. is one of the largest aviation plants in Poland, counted into the elite group of companies of strategic importance for the economy and defense of Poland.

The company has over 75 years of experience in servicing, maintenance and modernizing military aircraft, including fighter and transport aircraft of significant technological advancement : Su-22, MiG-29, F-16, and C-130 Hercules. The Warsaw part of the plant specializes in servicing jet, turbine and start-up engines, as well as low-power propulsion turbines.



WZL No 2 S.A. offer comprehensive maintenance and modernization services for airframes and engines within the one-stop shop formula. In addition to military aviation, the company constantly develops in the field of civil aviation, is the Authorized Service Center of Cirrus and Diamond aircraft as part of the approved PART-145 maintenance organization and conducts continuous airworthiness management based on the PART CAO certificate. The following planes are serviced: ATR 42/72, BOEING 737 CL, BOEING 737 NG, BOMBARDIER DHC-8 (Q400), and EMBRAER ERJ 170/190.



The company is also a manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicle systems, including Short Range Tactical SBSP or DragonFly LMS.



The company is equipped with a very modern machine park. Most of the components are manufactured on the basis of fully automated, precise and efficient technological lines. WZL No. 2 S.A. has modern machines, incl. for machining (CNC and measuring), modern lines for applying galvanic coatings and

a chemical laboratory, a professional paint shop and defectoscopic test stands.



Due to the acquisition of new types of aircraft by the Polish Air Force, WZL Nr 2 S.A. consistently develops its service capabilities, striving to provide the user with the greatest possible support.



Currently, on June 15, 2022 Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No 2 S.A. signed a contract with the 3rd Regional Logistics Base No. 165 / 3RBLog / 03/2022 for the repair of three C-130 aircraft in the years 2022-2024. The renovation includes implementation of a PDM (Programmed Depot Maintenance) inspection and the installation of selected avionic systems on C-130H aircraft in order to adapt them to operation in the European airspace. As part of the option, the Ordering Party may additionally order overhaul of three more C-130H aircraft, including adaptation of avionics, in the years 2023-2025.
