Power and control systems of Radiotechnika Marketing are created for the needs of customers from the design to the finished product. Products made by this company, such as auxiliary power units, power supplies, inverters, converters, switching units, control units and diagnostic systems as well as control panels have been used in military land vehicles for years. Their characteristic feature is the efficiency of over 90% and the use of passive cooling only. In order to meet the electromagnetic compatibility requirements specified in the Polish NO-06-A200 standard, all devices are tested in the company's EMC laboratory.
Radiotechnika Marketing also specializes in the design and production of cables for the defense industry. The technology and most of the production processes are based on system 25 by TE Connectivity (Raychem), and the military connectors are manufactured under license from Amphenol. The company has certificates that allow it to produce wiring harnesses, e.g. in accordance with the following standards: VG 96927-2 type C,D,D1, MIL-STD-1553B DataBus and IPC-A-610D. MIL-DTL-38999 series I and III connectors are made in accordance with the requirements of the Qualified Product List (QPL).
In addition to cable harnesses, another area of company’s activity is the design and production of fiber optic harnesses capable of operating in the harsh environment. Both expanded-beam connectors and physical contact connectors are used. Produced hybrid harnesses allow the transmission of electrical and fiber optic signals with one cable. The proposed solutions are system solutions that allow fiber optic networks to be quickly deployed and assembled in any area, connecting many facilities and ensuring uninterrupted transmission of sensitive data.
In the area of electromagnetic compatibility, Radiotechnika Marketing offers comprehensive services: from EMC testing in the EMC Laboratory and identifying sources of interference, through selection of solutions, modifying products for EMC compliance to design and production of customized EMI filters. In Laboratory it is also possible to run a set of immunity tests against temperature (range from -70 °C to +180 °C), humidity (up to 95%) and mechanical stress.
