For over 40 years the key area of expertise of OBR CTM S.A. has been Defense and Sovereignty of the State. The company excels at design, construction, delivery, and maintenance of integrated military systems, particularly in the domains of command, processing and analysis of collected data, as well as radio communication and data exchange.

OBR CTM S.A. has delivered numerous technical achievements such as the development of the tactical narrowband radio station RKP-8100 and creation along with implementation of the first Polish combat management system „SCOT”. The company is a part of consortium responsible for a successful “Cormorant II” project that provided three modern minehunters for Polish Navy. Systems delivered and integrated by OBR CTM S.A. has been recognized for its quality resulting in extension of the project for another three vessels. Simultaneously, the company is diligently working on the implementation of a modern underwater observation system, which will serve as a component of critical infrastructure protection.

The company has an excellent research facilities providing accredited services in accordance with the scope of Ministry of National Defence Accreditation and the Polish Register of Shipping. The site has been recently extended with addition of a new building that specializes in Electromagnetic Compatibility testing. It consists a 10 meter long Semi Anechoic Chamber (SAC 10) that allows testing on large-size objects up to 5 tons of weight.
