LAS-EXPO: The platform for modern solutions in forest management

The Timber Industry and Forest Resources Management Fair, LAS-EXPO, at Targi Kielce, has been an important meeting point for the forestry industry in Poland for years. The 25th LAS EXPO is scheduled for 13-15 March 2026

Last year’s LAS-EXPO in 2025 attracted crowds. The trade fair and its accompanying agricultural technology exhibition, Agrotech, were visited by as many as 80,000 people from Poland and abroad, which once again confirmed the importance of the event. Visitors could watch live demonstrations of machines in action – saws, splitters, chippers and autonomous robots that impressed with their efficiency and innovation.

Technological launches from industry leaders attracted attention.  Wood Mizer presented the new line of the WM5500 sawmill and the EG350 multi-saw.  The Husqvarna expo stand featured the innovative 550 XPG Trio Brake chainsaw and new generation automated tools. STIHL presented the most powerful cordless chainsaw in its offer, the MSA 300 CO, with three operating modes.

The exhibitors’ list also included manufacturers of vehicles for forest areas work - Hydrofast, TOOLMEX TRUCK, MHS Serwis, and Aurox Forestry Machinery, whose autonomous AgAr robot aroused great interest. Artur Lasota from Aurox emphasised: - The Agrotech and LAS-EXPO trade fairs are number one – a large space, thousands of visitors, an excellent opportunity to present the possibilities of our solutions.

LAS-EXPO - the forum for dialogue and education

In addition to technological innovations and equipment presentations, the trade fair serves as a crucial platform for dialogue on sustainable forest management. The stand of the Regional Directorate of the National State Forest Holding in Radom was bustling with life – meetings, presentations, and educational activities concerning the protection of forest resources and new directions for the sector's development were held here.

Traditionally, the event inauguration was graced by a performance by the Hunting Buglers Band and falconers from Zagnańsk, emphasising respect for the heritage and tradition of forestry.

Immediately after the show ends, preparations for the next 25th expo have begun. The 13-15 March 2026 event will again combine innovation, education and tradition.
