About the event
Poland’s first National Beekeeping Expo – never before have we had this kind of event in Poland.
Targi Kielce Expo2Bee is the first such event in Poland. It connects beekeeping enthusiasts, beekeeping equipment manufacturers, and people looking for innovative solutions in this industry. On 26 and 27 April, Expo2Bee was visited by hundreds of visitors, who had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with technological innovations and beekeeping products. The trade fair enjoyed enormous interest, and its success was underlined by over 60 exhibitors from Poland and abroad. The event and accompanying shows - Home, Garden and You, Camper & Travel and SlowTravel hosted 14,500 people.
Over 60 exhibitors presented their offers at the Expo2Bee fair; the show featured leading Polish manufacturers of beekeeping equipment. Exhibitors offered a wide range of products, such as beehives, honey extractors, honey centrifuges, wax melters, pollen winnowers, and beekeeping accessories, including bee frames, beeswax, brooms and smokers. The event participants’ list also included companies offering bee products such as honey, pollen, bee bread, propolis, as well as honey-based cosmetics and food products. The trade fair provided an excellent opportunity to meet producers and learn about the latest solutions for improving apiary work. – It was a good decision to spend time at the Expo2Bee expo and see lots of exhibitors, producers, manufacturers, visitors. – said Kordian Habel, one of the beekeepers who visited the Kielce exhibition. Representatives of the Sułkowski company emphasised that they did not expect such interest in the trade fair. – We need to appreciate that we are meeting in expo halls designed for this purpose and thus offer a celebration of beekeeping in its many aspects, added Jędrzej Górny from Heksagon.
Lectures and workshops – key topics in beekeeping
Lectures and workshops were held parallel to the exhibitions, featuring experts from the beekeeping industry. The topics of the lectures were melliferous plants and their impact on bee health, the proper condition of bee colonies, which is crucial for their efficiency, threats to bees, and actions that can be taken to protect them. During the trade fair, lectures were also given on the quality of bee products, modern beekeeping techniques, and sustainable apiary development.
VIII Veterinary Medicine for Beekeepers Conference
An essential element at Expo2Bee - the 8th Veterinary Medicine for Beekeepers Conference, held the day before the fair, on 25 April. Veterinarians, beekeepers and experts met there to discuss health threats to bees and prevention methods; the conference was an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge about bee health and effective methods for dealing with bee diseases.
Minister of Agriculture at Expo2Bee

For the first time, but not the last time
Expo2Bee is the first event of its kind in Poland that brings together beekeeping industry leaders and enthusiasts in one place. The trade fair is a platform for exchanging experiences, getting to know the latest technological innovations, and meeting equipment manufacturers and experts. Expo2Bee is also an educational space that combines a passion for beekeeping with modern technological solutions, bringing new standards in beekeeping in Poland. – We will continue this development direction of Targi Kielce, because the agro industry is very important to us. We prosper in this and other domains of the agricultural economy and look for the ways Expo can offer support, concluded Andrzej Mochoń, President of the Management Board of the Kielce Exhibition and Congress Centre.
