Information about the product:

KERRAFRONT Wood Design is a modern façade cladding composed of panels which look like wood-planks. The use of innovative KERRACORE technology has allowed to combine aesthetic and functional values​​ in one product.

The cladding is extremely durable and resistant to changing weather conditions. Contrary to regular façade wood or wood-derivative panels, this is 100% water-proof material and virtually does not require maintenance.  Other materials such as wood need regular painting and coat-protection which in due course requires time and money. Furthermore, Wood Design does not dry to change its shape when exposed to sunlight and temperature. Therefore, devoid of all wood's flaws, this is an ideal alternative to façade wood. Flexibility and light-weight panels and built-in fasteners make KERRAFRONT  assembly  easy and fast . All edges which have been trimmed do not require additional processing before installation.

Available options:

KERRAFRONT Wood Design is a unique natural-wood colour collection; a faithful reproduction of wood's natural warmth  and depth gained through a combination of several colours on one surface. 

It is  available in three colours  : golden oak, silver and graphite.

KERRAFRONT Wood Design, as an option, is also available with the patented *  Connex system  . This is an innovative method for longitudinal cladding panels fixing.  The panels in this system are equipped with built-in clips on each end which makes installation quicker and easier without the need to use additional accessories. Therefore  heading-joints in CONNEX system are pleasant to the eye and and almost invisible  on the wall surface.

Dimensions:

The Wood Design Collection is available for individual panels (FS-201):
- the standard panel length is 600 cm
- the Connex system panel length is 295 cm
- cover width is 18 cm (with the total panel width of 21.9 cm)

- Materials:

KERRAFRONT Wood Design is made in  KERRACORE technology. The product consists of the two layers:

1. The top layer (hard PVC):
- the coloured layer is impact-and scratch-resistant and has a unique wood structure
- special Ultra-Therm technology modifiers and the so-called "cold pigments" used in the top layer dyeing process provide for the best heat resistance and colour stability of all products available on the market

2. The core (PVC foam):
- high density and uniformity guarantee the product's dimensional stability and mechanical strength.
