Unusual competition in Kielce. Gravediggers from 4 countries will dig holes in the against-time race

15 may 2024
Poles, Hungarians, Czechs and Slovaks will meet on 7 June at Targi Kielce to compete in an unusual industry competition. Poland’s first International time-trial competition in grave-digging is held during the NECROEXPO

Similar competitions were already held in Debrecen, Hungary, and Bratislava, Slovakia,  this time Necroexpo together with the V4 Funeral Group are holding this competition.

Four teams of gravediggers will meet at Targi Kielce to demonstrate their pit-digging skills. The professionals will bring their own equipment, i.e. work clothes and shoes. They are tasked to dig a grave of standard dimensions in the shortest possible time. They will be able to switch roles within one team.

The competition will take place on 7 June at 1:00 p.m. at Targi Kielce, behind the gate next to entrance number 6. The competition is on of the complementary events to 10th International Funeral and Cemetery Fair NECROEXPO.

The gravediggers team that will complete the task in the shortest possible time will win a commemorative statuette and recognition throughout Europe!

The 10th International Funeral and Cemetery Fair NECROEXPO - is held from 7 to 9 June 2024 in Targi Kielce.  B2B EXPO CAN ONLY BE ATTENDED BY BUSINESS INSIDERS - THE FUNERAL AND CEMETERY INDUSTRY STAFF.
