The presentation focuses on new price  transfer regulations .

The reasons behind taxpayers obligation to prepare tax documentation  and the definition of a controlled transaction will be discussed. 

There will also be the key elements of  transfer  price analysis and databases presented.  The speakers will also discuss the redefinition of related entities and changes in the hierarchy of the use of verification methods.

In addition, specific issues that apply of 01/01/2019 will be presented - and among them the new transactions characterization and omission , safe harbours, secret comparable,  transfer  price correction and operations restructuring.
