How to invest wisely in equipment in order to bank on it later?  These and many other questions were answered during the lecture "10 mistakes made by sound companies"organized as part of the premiere expo - the Digital Stage Europe  held in Targi Kielce.

The success of a sound engineer’s work consists of many factors: these range from investments, through psychology, communication, organisational skills and logistics through private activities. In his lecture, Piotr ZIKE Zajkiewicz explained how to increase efficiency, why appointing a team boss is of utmost importance when we expect the event to be a success. Why it is not worth bending the truth, even if it is a white lie about coming only one hour late.
