The exhibition stand of FRECH will be the showcase for the DAW-20F SPEEDT machine. Every hour on the hour the machine will produce exemplary casts of ZnAl alloys.

SPEED-T is a new concept; it was first presented at the GIFA fair in Düsseldorf. This comprehensive construction of a mould cavity makes it possible to attain high efficiency as well as quality and production stability; not long ago they belonged to the domain of “unfeasible processes”. The perfect composition of the cast construction, its casting mould, the moulding machine and its peripherals and software translate to record-braking time cycles well below 4 seconds for multi-cavity moulds. This technology is dedicated for large production batches of relatively small elements whose geometry is not too complicated. There is also possibility to use the same philosophy for larger and much more complicated parts, however it will not be possible to attain such short time cycles.

One must realise that, owing to such shot time cycles, an 8-cavity mould has the capability of 60,000 casts during one working shift. Join us at the FRECH exhibition stand (F Hall, stand E-60) to see with your own eyes whether this is possible.
