particulate filters regeneration - DPF, FAP, GPF for passenger vehicles

Regeneration is also known as cleaning;  if the insert is not mechanically damaged, the company uses the British Hartridge DPF 300 machine for its regeneration. The machine removes contaminants using compressed air. Contaminants are incinerated at high temperatures.

Regeneration of particulate filters - DPF, FAP, GPF for heavy-duty vehicles - small filters.

Regeneration is a process that restores the original efficiency of particulate filters;  diagnosis discovers and conforms that the inside of the filter is not mechanically damaged. Then the company regenerates it using the Hartridge DPF 300 machine. The machine allows you to blow out dirt and incinerate it;  the method can be used for many types of trucks. The product applies to smaller truck particulate filters.

Regeneration of particulate filters - DPF, FAP, GPF for heavy-duty vehicles - large-size filters.

The Kaliński company offers the regeneration service of particulate filters in two ways, depending on the filter condition. If the filter is intact and there is no mechanical damage to the ceramics inside, regeneration is done with the Hartridge DPF 300 machine. The soot is blown out by the machine;  if there is excessive amount of soot, it is additionally incinerated to form ash and then blown out again. Regeneration using Hartridg allows you to clean the particulate filter for MAN TGX, IVECO Stralis, VOLVO FH, DAF XF 106, SCRANIA R6.   

Regeneration of catalytic converters for passenger cars and trucks

The service most appreciated by Kaliński - Exhaust Systems’ customers - the regeneration of SCR catalytic converters in the form of cartridges replacement. In the case of catalytic converters, the problem is not soot clogging but the oxidation of precious metals, which prevents them from efficient operation. Kaliński regenerates by replacing the cartridges with new ones and making the catalytic converter fully operational again. Since the regeneration is carried out using the original housing, assembly problems are avoided.

The SCR catalytic converter regeneration service by Kaliński won the Gold Medal of the Kielce EKOTECH 2023 Expo and became the Product of the Year 2023 of the autoEXPERT magazine in 2023.
