Professional and comprehensive customer service, systematic increase of the fair statistics and continual performance improvement – these are just of a few examples of the whole diversity of elements which were taken into consideration before Targi Kielce was granted with the Quality Management System Certificate PN EN ISO 9001:2009. Targi Kielce is the only leading exhibition centre in Poland with ISO certificate. The Certificate was presented on 17th May 2011 in Targi Kielce.

Owing to the continuous work to improve the service quality and conditions, year after year Targi Kielce has attracted the increasing number of Polish and international guests. Only ten years ago less than 3 thousand exhibitors presented their offer here, last year Targi Kielce hosted almost 6 thousand exhibitors. The exhibition centre attracts more and more visitors – in 2010 the fairs were attended by almost 200 thousand people, 70 thousand more compared to 2009. And today we are rated third among the exhibition centres in Central-Eastern Europe – said Andrzej Mochoń, Targi Kielce President of Board during the ceremony of the ISO certificate presentation. – The ISO Certificate we have been granted with is the recognition of our activities aimed to enhance quality of services we provide both for our exhibitors and trade fair visitors. We have created the exhibition centre which enjoys a good reputation, which provides comprehensive services and ensures success for our clients.

It is your team work which makes the organisation work according to the ISO principles. – said Tadeusz Glazer, Test and Certification Director at Polish Centre for Testing and Certification when presenting the ISO Certificate. The Mayor if Kielce Wojciech Lubawski, Deputy Świętokrzyskie Voivode Beata Oczkowicz, Świętokrzyskie Voivode Office Managing Director Maria Szydłowska, Targi Kielce Suprvisory Board Member Janusz Koza, the consultant preparing Targi Kielce to implement ISO Elżbieta Stypułkowska as well as Targi Kielce employees were present at the ceremony.
