Such decisions are among the fruits of a visit which president of the management board of Targi Kielce, Andrzej Mochoń, paid to China.

"For a few years, we have been increasingly active on the Chinese market. In the spring of 2008, we concluded a co-operation agreement with our representative in China, his task being to solicit Chinese exhibitors as well as those from Taiwan and Hong-Kong. It is also worth mentioning that our exhibitors include a growing number of companies from Jordan, Israel, Korea, and even Singapore and Vietnam", says president of Targi Kielce, Andrzej Mochoń.

Through the agency of Targi Kielce, Polish exhibitors will have an opportunity to show their products at the Central China Exhibition .

"Taking into consideration China's demand for environmentally friendly technologies, this exhibition will mainly be aimed at the suppliers of solutions to be applied in the water and sewage treatment industry, in addition to the field of ecology”, emphasizes Andrzej Mochoń.

In Beijing, president of Targi Kielce also had a meeting with the Polish Ambassador to China. One of the main results of their talks was an agreement relating to the issuance of visas for the Chinese planning to exhibit their products and services at Targi Kielce. In the past, many of these applications were rejected by the Embassy. From now on, their reliability guarantor will be Targi Kielce. For the verification of the applications Targi Kielce will use its own sources of information, with the priority being given to exhibiting companies which have participated in its fair events before. The contact which have been established with the Chinese representative of Targi Kielce to date will also be an important criterion.

The numerous talks and meetings that Andrzej Mochoń held with both the Chinese diplomats and their Ministry of Economy have also brought an idea of Kielce being the venue for a Chinese exhibition dedicated to the automotive industry, including tools and spare parts. This event is likely to take place in September next year.

Andrzej Mochoń also holds the position of president of the Polish Chamber of the Exhibition Industry. In mid-November he attended a UFI session in Singapore. UFI (Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) brings together fair organizers boasting the best financial results and meeting the highest standards of services. Targi Kielce as a business entity enjoys UFI membership.
