Tuning Festival staged in Kielce.  Some of the four-wheelers buffs who pay a visit to one of the largest tuning events in this part of Europe also belong to a large category of German or Japanese cars lovers.  However, there are also aficionados who whole-heartedly feel for FSO and FSM branded cars rather than a Honda or BMW.  These yougtimers have become a huge attraction; not only will you find inside such cars old banknotes which were released at the times of the previous regime.
