"Power Workshops" on motivational and inspiring topics, is an original program of Iwona Guzowska - world champion in kick-boxing and professional boxing. The June meeting will be held in several parts. The three levels: mental, physical and spiritual are in the scope. Each element of the meeting will be devoted to mind, body and soul work, i.e. the so-called masterful connection is thus developed. 

Exercises for the soul and body with Iwona Guzowska at the Congress Centre 

The first part of the workshop teaches how to create mental resilience and how to make it easier to feel safe. The meeting offers the opportunity to learn about the hidden powers of the body, which are not called magical, and the name is no coincidence.

There will also be presentations of simple exercises and breathing techniques for effective improvement of your well-being and releasing excess negative emotions. The human body enables the emotions and feelings transfer, a body is also a  bridge connecting the outside world with our inside world, often also referred to as the soul. Participants of the session dedicated to the soul will try to understand the power of the unconscious mind and learn how to establish a connection with it;  the soul is the source of man's unlimited true power. The "Power Workshop" with Iwona Guzowska offers knowledge about your image in the eyes of other people.

Master of Power - Iwona Guzowska 

Iwona Guzowska is a world champion in kick-boxing and professional boxing,  a trainer, author of motivational and inspiring training programs "Anatomy of Stress", "Wake up the Warrior in yourself" and Women Power Camp. In 2017, Iwona Guzowska's autobiographical book  "The most important decision" was published - Gudzowska discusses her way to the top. In addition to presenting the sports career of the Polish boxer, the publication touches on aspects of a difficult childhood, relationships with men and politics. Participants of the "Power Workshops" in Kielce will be able to win unique copies of the book autographed by Iwona Guzowska.
