OUR MOTHER - THE EXHIBITION DEDICATED TO HOLY MOTHER AT SACROEXPO

Targi Kielce is the showcase for 15 reproductions of little-known paintings and statues of the Blessed Virgin Mary. These can be found in Italy's and Germany's churches and museums and belong to different epochs

This year, the Church celebrates the important jubilees: the coronation of the Miraculous Image of Our Lady of Jasna Góra - 1717, the apparitions of Our Lady of Gietrzwald in 1877 and the apparitions of Fatima in 1917. This was the inspiration for "Our Mother" exhibition - now on show at the church and sacral art exhibition Sacroexpo inTargi Kielce.    

"I am extremely grateful that Sacroexpo in Kielce includes the "Our Mother" exhibition - a tribute to the Blessed Virgin Mary who is constantly present in church history - in Poland through the Wonderful Image of Jasna Gora as well as through her Gietrzwald apparitions. In the world Church history Holy Mother is present through Fatima apparitions. "   Archbishop Marek Jędraszewski, the Metropolitan Bishop of Krakow made this isncription in the Commemorative Book.

The exhibition is available for Sacroexpo visitors until 14 June.
