New expo halls’ marking during Industrial Autumn at Targi Kielce

10 july 2024
Targi Kielce’s dynamic development and the expo centre’s continuous strive for excellence in service quality has resulted in introduction of changes related to Targi Kielce expo halls’ marking. The change is effective at the International Defence Industry Exhibition and Industrial Autumn 2024 also

Expo hall used to be marked with letters; now, we switch to numbers.

We are changing the expo hall markings; there used to be the letters of the alphabet, but now we use numbers to make it possible to assign pedestrian routes in the expo halls using letters of the alphabet. We are thus in line with European standards. The expo centre’s guests visiting exhibitions around the world are perfectly familiar with the numerical expo hall identification system, which makes it easier to move around the exhibition grounds and quickly reach selected expo stands.

New markings:

  • Expo Halls from A to G will be marked with numbers from 1 to 7, respectively.
  • Passageways inside expo halls will be marked with letters of the alphabet starting from A; subsequent letters depend on the number of passageways in a given expo hall.
  • Expo stands in passageways will be numbered like buildings in city streets - even on one side, odd on the other.
  • Expo stand numbers will be displayed on the carpet, just like locations maps and markings of pedestrian routes.

Transitional period

At the upcoming International Defence Industry Exhibition (3-6.09.2024), two systems for identifying expo halls and expo stands will be used - the old and the new one. We will keep the existing markings on the expo ground plans and maps, in the online system; the old system will be used alongside the new markings at the expo stand stickers.
