Today Targi Kielce signed the two important agreements on   broadly defined security. The Framework Agreement and the Letter of Intent parties are Polish Security Forum Foundation, represented by the Management Board President - Krzysztof Kubiak and Tomasz Szulc, the Vice President   and the International Centre for Chemical Safety and Security represented by its President,   Ambassador Krzysztof Kubiak. The   meeting was also attended by Tim Scott, President of the American chemical company Dow Chemical, the second in the world's ranking in terms of revenues.

The Forum is Poland's first non-governmental study centre; its formula allows for full independence. The Forum focuses on broadly defined security issues.

 PFB's mission is to support institutions which deal in analyses and forecasts, agencies, departments responsible for the security the country and its people. PFB also supports companies which produce this kind of equipment and facilities. The Foundation's objective is also to build a platform for observations, concepts and ideas exchange, to inspire and animate the discussion on the issues related to PFB's business activities.

 The cooperation with the Foundation is very much in line with the   Targi Kielce Congress Centre's business profile as this is the venue for discussions on safety issues in a broad sense.

 Andrzej Mochoń, Targi Kielce President of the Management Board: Targi Kielce  offer its potential in  chemical safety culture promotion, dissemination of best technical solutions and best practices, trainings organisation, creation of favourable conditions for international cooperation that enhances development of Poland's specialization in chemical safety.

In conjunction with the International Centre for Chemical Safety and Security Targi Kielce will take the actions   to develop exhibitions and expos and conferences targeted at fostering security development in the production, infrastructure, supply-reception chain, energy carriers domain, both on a national as well as regional and global scale. Within the framework of expo and conference activities Targi Kielce   will disseminate best technical solutions and best practices, hold national and international trainings. The responsibility Targi Kielce assumes is  an active promotion and fostering of cooperation for dissemination of knowledge on chemical safety issues among all stakeholders, with a particular emphasis on government administration, industry, scientific milieus, the general public and civic society.

Ambassador Krzysztof Paturej, President of the International Centre for Chemical Safety and Security at the agreement signing announced:  We commenced works to develop provisions for the global meeting on Chemical Safety which to be held in Poland in autumn 2015. This will be the first global meeting focused on chemical safety; the meeting will be attended by representatives of numerous countries, international organizations, chemical industry and civil society. The initiative to hold the Warsaw Conference on the world's forum in Poland is the confirmation of Poland's recognition and high esteem when it comes to chemical safety and the ICCSS' leading role in development of global chemical safety culture. ICCSS is the coordinator of the preparations for the world's meeting.  

 It cannot be excluded that today's  agreement's conclusion may result in organization of the world's first global meeting devoted to security issues in   Congress Centre of Targi Kielce.
