The association is a leader in Polish ecological food propagation. The second partner of the event is Poland's oldest certification body - Ekogwarancja. The culinary masters from all over Poland will run unique workshops. They will be accompanied by gastronomic schools students from Kielce. There will also be tastings of the dishes prepared in the course of the event. The expo guest can meet Wiech Wróblewski, Adam Wałęga, Maciej Rudżiks, Czesław Meus, Zdzisław Czepiga, Łukasz Kasprzyk!
