During the ENEX trade fair the ZUK MR System will put on display a mobile process line for straw pellet production. The need for initial raw material drying and shredding process has been eliminated; the line is composed of several modules – initial biomass preparation, pneumatic transport, granulation process and the last pellet production stage – cooling.

The process line control system has been designed to eliminate excessive workload for an operator; the system continuously monitors the main motor, shredder and granulator capacity; the material is then fed accordingly. It also controls the buffer container; if the container is full or the pre-set parameters are exceeded, the system automatically disengages the raw material feed and protects the system from undesired line interruption.
