Very high quality of the products which were showcased at the fair resulted in a large number of prizes and distinctions. 23 distinctions and 10 Targi Kielce gold medals have been awarded in total.

The winners were selected in 5 categories; machines and appliances for plastic processing, tools and instrumentation for plastic processing, plastics and auxiliary materials, special techniques and technologies. 15 distinctions and 3 medals have also been awarded for the trade fair presentation, i.e. for the arrangement of the exhibition stands


During the Gala ceremony the results of the national contest of plastic processing industry knowledge OMNIPLAST were also announced. The contest participants were Polish exhibitors of the PLASTPOL fair. The representatives of 9 companies were qualified to the final phase. On 24th May they took the written test, which was held in Targi Kielce exhibition halls. Jacek Szczerba; the President of Enterio company presented the awards to the three best contestants.

The first prize winner of OMNIPLAST 2011 was Robert Kocoń, the representative of AMPACET Polska company. Robert Kocoń, who was also the winner in the previous edition of the contest, was awarded with the discount coupon of 6000PLN for PLASTPOL 2012 exhibition space rental. The second prize winner - Paweł Rup from A. SCHULMAN Polska was awarded with the 4000 PLN discount coupon. The third finalist - Tomasz Pyrek from DREWNEX Recykling Plastics was presented with the discount coupon of 2000 PLN.

Tworzywa.pl internet portal and Targi Kielce were the contest organisers for the second time.
