The grand gala and the "Echo Dnia" poll finals be staged for the first time in the Targi Kielce Congress Centre; exceptional Kielce and the Region inhabitants will be granted the special accolades.  Omega - on January 30 the largest hall at the conference facility will host entrepreneurs, health and social care professionals, sports people, representatives of local governments, science and culture, artists, farmers and politicians who have been nominated in the plebiscite.

Man of the Year - this award is granted to people who had had the greatest impact on the region's life in the previous year  - be it the entire province or just a county. The Plebiscite is organized by "Echo Dnia,"; the daily newspaer's intention is to distinguish the people who had made the greatest positive impact on our lives in 2014.
