The 4th International Fair of Rural and Agricultural Tourism has been granted with an exceptional honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski. The President’s letter addressed at the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Marek Sawicki was the reply to the request concerning the honorary patronage to the trade fair. The RP President wrote: the undertaking will be much more than the chance to present Polish and foreign agricultural farms; this will also be the opportunity to discuss the present day state and future developments of this business sector.

The AGROTRAVEL trade fair will be supplemented with the conference on “The perspective of rural tourism development in Europe” as well as a wealth of workshops devoted to the questions of financial instrument support dedicated for new and developing entrepreneurs operating in rural areas and to the educational role of agro-tourist farms.
