This Saturday and Sunday (18 and 19 April) the  Targi Kielce Congress Centre  will be buzzing with excitement.  Almost 400 male and female contestants will be proudly presenting their silhouettes, figures and physique. The event programme includes the Polish Championship in Bodybuilding and Fitness, the classic bench press Polish Cup competition as well as 70th anniversary of the Tęcza Sports Club. The two-day event is a qualifying round for the Europe's' Championship. The auditorium has been filled to the brim.

The athletes are presenting their strengths and competing in the individual category (silhouette fitness and bikini silhouette - women, fitness - men) and in pairs (men's wheelchair bodybuilding, men's classic-style bodybuilding,  women's silhouette, men's silhouette). At the same time the Congress Centre is the venue for the classic bench press Polish Cup competition organized by the Tęcza Sports Club. The Championships is accompanied with the exhibition of weight training equipment  and dietary supplements, food products, tracksuits, measuring equipment, machines for aerobic  and cardio & efficiency training and other sports accessories.

The Polish Association of Bodybuilding, Fitness and Powerlifting and Olimp Sports Club of Zabrze as well as Tęcza Sports Club are the championship's main organiser.  Targi Kielce Congress Centre is the event partner.
