“This is an awesome experience, you feel your blood go to your head” says 16-year-old Kamil just after he has left the VOLVO V 50 roll-over simulator. “This adrenaline and excitement; but first of all it gives you the insight into a real life situation. A real food for thought, you must believe me”

The simulator looks just like a real car, however it has been mounted on a special appliance which makes it possible to roll the car body over at the 180 angle – so you end-up upside-down. This controlled car roll over is perfectly safe – the driver and the passengers are stripped in the car, the roof of the vehicle is not deformed and the whole procedure is controlled by the operator.

“What makes us really glad is the fact that people would like to gain this car roll-over experience in a safe way” – says the police officer of the Kielce Voivodeship Headquarters – “anybody can sit at the steering wheel today, we turn the blind eye also on those, who are not a driving-licence holders. We just make sure that they have fastened their seat-belts!”

The car roll-over simulator has been installed at the exhibition stand of Polskie Stowarzyszenie Motorowe (Polish Automotive Association) (the E-3 stand). Join us!
