The 5th Exhibition of Corrosion Protection Technology and Surface Treatment EXPO-SURFACE is the time of novelties and market launches. And among the product-category novelties there is also the PCWg-06/ pot furnace and the Dg-02/3300 dryer.

Both the pot furnace as well as the dryer have been designed for on-going hot-dipping zinc coating process for wires of 6 to 10 diameters and tapes of 20x3 and 50x5 cross-section ; the maximum process speed up to 25m/min. The furnace has been designed to work in 460°C temperature taken in the hot-dip zinc bath of up to 2,000 kg/h.

The furnace-dryer is a high-throughput system, owing to radiant tubes dipped in the liquid zinc as well as self-recuperating burners and flue-gas waste heat used to heat up the dryer the system proves to be much more energy efficient when compared with standard solutions. It is also characterised with lower emissions which is yet another ecological aspect.

Simultaneously with the EXPO-SURFACE the exhibitions focused on machines, welding, measurement technologies, pneumatics and hydraulics are held. These are STOM-TOOL, STOM-BLECH, WELDING , CONTROL-STOM and PNEUMATICON. The début Industrial Laser and Laser Technology Expo STOM-LASER and the Virtual Processing Trade Fair WIRTOPROCESY are also staged at the same time.
