Cocoa beans from Ghana offer expressive deep aroma-notes of wood, caramel and nuts. Grain from Ecuador have floral aromas, with clear dominance of jasmine and a subtle hints of spice and wood. Grain from the Dominican Republic have a strong fruity aroma, with a hint of citrus.
