The housing boom offers the opportunity for the lifts industry

The lifts industry and its related sectors have experienced an ongoing development process. This business sector is synonymous with cutting-edge solutions abundance and exciting engineering projects. Modern solutions are also used in housing construction

According to the Central Statistical Office’s data, May 2021 saw record results in housing construction - an almost threefold increase in the number of developers’ investments. The high dynamics related to the number of building permits issued is also significant;  the construction sector’s boom is related to the growing demand for apartments. This also means an increase in the demand for lifts used in housing construction. This optimistic outlook creates many opportunities for the entire elevator sector;
