The 2011 season is exceptional and unique in the 11 years of Bike Marathon; and its finals held during the International Fair of Bicycle Industry will be also unequalled. For the first time, ever since bicycle marathons have been organised in Poland, the whole bike town, the start lane, the stage and decorations will be placed in a gargantuan trade fair and exhibition pavilion. Each contestant of Kielce edition of the Bike Marathon will be given a special ID card which will make it possible for them, starting from Friday at 4 p.m., to move freely about the area where the KIELCE BIKE-EXPO fair is held.

At 11.00 on Saturday the brave contestants taking part in the 12th edition of the 2011 Bike Marathon will have to make their choice between three distances - – Haro (mini) of 24 km, Mega – 45 km and Giga – 71 km. The routes are located in Kielce-Chęciny Landscape Park. All of the contestants will set off together from respective sectors; they will be following their routes observing the arrows. The finish and time taking point will be located at the forest stadium; once the finish point has been crossed the cyclists will take a slow ride and follow the signs leading to the exhibition halls, where the special finish line is located.

All the 2011 Bike Marathon participants who cross this special finish line located in the exhibition pavilion will be presented with a special commemorative medal; and many other attractions await them here; i.e. the pasta party, massage free of charge, the prize lottery, the “Ride and Win” contest conclusion, general classification decoration of winners. The organises estimate that the event will be attended by about a thousand people.
