Terrific fun and unforgettable memories guaranteed. 22nd and 23rd February – these dates are the obligatory entry to fitness-lovers’ calendars as this is the time when the upcoming edition of the International FitStyle Convention Winter 2013 is held in Kielce.

- The success the International FitStyle Sumer Convention achieved has mobilised us to work even harder. That is why we have developed the even more diversified programme – say the organisers. The convention programme encompasses, inter alia, step and dance lessons as well as body- strengthening classes – CRX 30, Pilates, Body Balance. The programme will not fall short of new trends such as Bokwa fitness and GRIT SERIES Les Mills. The Convention could not do without the energetic zumba; the style which has stormed its way to Polish fitness clubs.

The two days’ convention provides the chance to take part in lessons and workshops hosted by experienced instructors. And there will be a supreme party of presenters on stage; the FitStyle invitation has once more been accepted by world-class fitness stars. Kielce event will host: Jessica Mellet, Salvatore Panebianco, Julien Roy and Per Markussen. Charismatic and effervescent personalities of instructors attract crowds in all corners of the world; the lessons are planned and given the way you feel like shouting more and more once the session is over. The programme will not fall short of the Les Mills lessons run by Adam Gripenblom. In addition to foreign presenters, the Kielce stage will also see a whole array Polish fitness masters. The 2013 FitStyle has been prepared in conjunction with: Reebok University School, Creative Professional Fitness, Tribal Fitness School, Les Mills, Elitte Poland Fitness School, Bokwa Fitness and Zumba Fitness.
The FitStyle Winter 2013 is also accompanied with the finals of the FitPrezenter 2013 competition. This is already the fifth edition of the contest. The three finalists will be competing to capture the FitPrezenter 2013 title as well as to present their abilities during the FitStyle Summer 2013 Convention. Another event which accompanies the Convention is the FitStyle Winter Academy where foreign presenters run their training sessions and workshops targeted at instructors.
