Targi Kielce is the venue for the upcoming 18th Fair of Industrial Measuring Technology and Non-Destructive Testing CONTROL-TECH. The event will also be the showcase for the SMARTTECH putting on display its two new appliances. The first is the 3D Scanner used to create CAD technical documentation. The appliance can be used to create a triangle-based net and parametric surfaces (NURBS) as well as rapid 3D model creation. The machine provides for a quick data processing and compatibility with all popular CAD file formats. The system has been developed around the idea of full measurement integration and data edition in the best-in-class software of the RE – Geomagic class. The other appliance showcased at the expo is the 3D Scanner used to control geometric dimensions and shapes of the object under examination. This device can be employed to compare the actual dimensions with the CAD model, to create cross sections and cross-section measurements as well as for geometric tolerance inspection.
