TSW. Europe’s technology hub for fruit and vegetable production

Orchard automation, artificial intelligence supporting crop protection, solutions that reduce the use of water and production inputs, new varieties and post-harvest technologies will set the direction for the 17th edition of the Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair. The exhibition of solutions from around the world, taking place in Kielce on 14 and 15 January 2027, will be accompanied by expert conferences. For the first time, producers, importers, distributors and buyers will meet during Poland Fresh Contracting.

TSW 2027 – technology, knowledge and new opportunities for the fruit and vegetable sector

Organised by Oikos Publishing House, TSW has been opening the industry season for 17 years, enabling participants to compare the offerings of hundreds of manufacturers and technology suppliers from around the world in one place, discover the latest solutions and consult their farm development plans with experts and experienced practitioners.

“The most recent edition strengthened TSW’s position among Europe’s largest events dedicated to fruit and vegetable production,” says Jacek Kłudka, President of Oikos Publishing House and Director of the Fair.

In January 2026, the event attracted a record 21,000 visitors from Poland and abroad. A total of 508 companies from 27 countries presented their products and solutions, while the exhibition covered nearly four hectares of display space. Exhibitors emphasised the highly professional nature of their discussions with visitors, as well as the numerous negotiations that resulted in orders and the launch of new business partnerships.

TSW 2027 exhibitors – a comprehensive offer for fruit and vegetable producers

Fruit and vegetable production is becoming increasingly professionalised. Labour, energy and production input costs are rising, which is why investment decisions are increasingly preceded by direct comparisons of technologies and discussions with manufacturers.

For companies, TSW provides an opportunity to meet thousands of professional customers over the course of two days, including farm owners, fruit and vegetable producers, producer groups, representatives of distribution centres, advisers and scientists. Companies present their latest solutions at a time when growers are planning purchases for the new season.

The growing participation of international companies demonstrates that the event is becoming an increasingly important fixture in the European industry calendar. During the most recent edition, 100 international exhibitors represented 27 countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, New Zealand and China.
