The Aplex company was established in 1992 and has continuously been growing and developing since then. Aplex is a producer of plastic parts which uses injection moulding technology. The machinery park is gradually enlarged and currently consists of 27 injection moulding machines. We provide injection machines between 25T to 1300T of clamping force. Our production portfolio contains of household, toys, automotive, technical parts and other. The modern Tool Shop guarantees production of molds up to 15T of weight. Aplex provides entire service - from part design, mold-flow analyses, 3D prints and tool manufacturing to the serial production stage. Measurement laboratory is equipped with measurement machine CMM by Mitutoya, optical scanner by GOM, aging test chamber by Q-Lab and spectrophotometer by Thermo Scientific. The guarantee of the quality of services is insured by ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016 certificates. Thanks to the efficient EU funds obtainment we can quickly implement innovative technologies and are able to offer new services while continuously increasing the quality of our operations.
