ADVANCED TECHNOLOGICAL FACILITIES:
Our modern machine park comprises 31 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 70 to 1300 tons, enabling production of parts from 1g to 9kg. We operate machines from globally recognized brands (Engel, Battenfeld). Our production processes are supported by integrated ERP, MES, and WMS systems. We ensure high material quality through a central gravimetric feeding system with mixing and compounding functionalities.
PRODUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE:
APLEX’s main production halls cover 6,500 m², complemented by 1,600 m² of warehousing space equipped with modern channel racking systems and radio shuttle platforms. Our office facilities span an additional 800 m². The plant operates 24/7, handling 60–80 logistics vehicles and 1,750 pallets weekly.
HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS:
We hole the following certificates according to international standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2021, IATF 16949:2016, and ISO 28000:2022. Our quality control laboratory is equipped with a high-end 3D scanner, spectrophotometer, HD microscope, and advanced equipment for detailed material analysis.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION:
With the support of EU funds, we have been continuously moderizing our facility. We are currently implementing two large-scale investment projects with a total value exceeding PLN 64 million, including the purchase of new electric and hybrid injection molding machines, construction of a 520 kWp photovoltaic installation and the construction of a new automated high-bay warehouse with a capacity of approximately 4 000 pallets.
