Description
Phon Tech specializes in SEBS and SEPS compounds. The TPE compounds manufactured by Phon Tech are sold under the trademark PHOENIX.
PHOENIX is a fully saturated styrene block copolymer developed by Phon Tech, which contains features of vulcanized rubber at normal temperature and plastics when heated. It means that once they are formed, they can be heated and reformed repeatedly. This property allows for easy processing and facilitates recycling.

Millions of bacteria exist in humans and animals, most are in the gut. They are harmless and many are beneficial. However, some species of bacteria are pathogenic. They can cause severe diseases.
PHOENIX Antimicrobial TPEs are developed to inhibit the growth of bacteria and microbes in your finished parts. These TPEs formulations are tested in compliance with JIS Z2801:2010 and JIS Z2911-2000 standards.
These TPEs will effectively protect your products from odor, loss of aesthetic look, and physical properties.

PHOENIX 19 Series TPEs are partly derived from natural feedstocks, using fewer fossil materials. The properties and processability of PHOENIX 19 Series TPEs are equivalent to our conventional TPEs. They are bio-based but not biodegradable. Also, they have good adhesion to PP and can be recycled.

Materials can be processed by either injection or extrusion.

This product family utilizes fully the wastes generated from the industry or after-consumer market and cuts the carbon footprint to make the material more environmentally friendly and sustainable. Materials are available in black or dark colors. Opaque is also available on request.
