The Phillips injection molding plant is part of the Phillips Poland production plant specializing in the production of electric and pneumatic hoses for trucks and trailers. The plant is a European unit of the American group Phillips Industries.

Our machine park and accompanying infrastructure remained designed to provide customers with the highest level of service. Undisturbed downtime, with repeatable quality and reduced delivery times to a minimum. Currently, our plant has 22 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 250 up to 6500 kN. The production hall is 1,200 m2 and the warehouse space is over 2,000 m2.

We process, among others, raw materials: ABS, TPE, TPU, PC, POM, PVC, PA12, PE, PE-LD, PP, PPH, PPC, PPR, PA6, PA6.6 Based on many years of practice in the field of assembly, connecting and process automation, we are prepared to accept projects that require subsequent operations after the injection process. We are able to confection, refine, decorate and print. We are currently working on launching a two-component-2K injection.

The Phillips Plastics injection molding plant is located near Łódź - a place well connected with the rest of the country and Europe. The location in central Poland brings many logistic advantages and brings environmental benefits, limiting the negative impact on the environment.

Development plans for the coming years assume the expansion of the plant, enlargement of the machine park and production capacity by 100%.
