This year, we are introducing injection molding machines from the new Mk6, Speed ​​and Speed-pack series. The modern injection molding machines we offer have a hydraulic circuit designed in Japan, which eliminates unnecessary pressure drops and ensures silky smooth movements and zero hydraulic shocks. The precision of the injection weight is approx. 0.2%. The new series has enhanced mechanics. Reinforced pressure plates and even stress distribution ensure that distortion is minimal. The machines also have excellent form protection and solutions for Industry 4.0.
Double-disc machines Supermaster TP series.
Chen Hsong, the world's second-largest manufacturer of injection molding machines, also supplies customers around the world with a range of large-tonnage, high-performance machines. This series includes the Supermaster TP Advanced series. This is in a class of its own. 14 closing units from 700 to 6,500 tons and 29 injection units from 2 to 110 kg, flexibly selected at the machine ordering stage. Other advantages are the long stroke, large mounting plate and the required small footprint for the machine. These injection molding machines achieve high speeds of movements, high precision and low tolerance of deviations. The patented locking mechanism locks the injection mold precisely and securely. This series is an excellent choice for the production of large-size injection components.
Machines and lines for recycling have been our second specialty for over a dozen years. In our exhibition hall, we have several dozen items for recycling in a continuous rotation. The mills and crushers are ready for testing on the customer's material. We do not sell theories, but real performance proven in tests. In cooperation with Genox, we can provide complete systems and lines for the recycling of various materials, from plastics to paper, wood and metals. The main goals in our recycling projects are minimizing: investment costs, process complexity, system downtime, maintenance costs, water and electricity consumption, and maximizing system efficiency, product quality, machine life, as well as automation and ease of daily operation.
