Description
Our company OKULA Nýrsko a.s. was founded on the Czech-German border in Nýrsko in 1895 by three famous opticians and merchants, the Ekstein brothers, who worked in Vienna and Prague.
We are an important and stable European manufacturer of technical plastic moldings for the electrotechnical, automotive and pharmaceutical industries. We keep up with innovation. Our company acquired its modern form especially in the years 2002-2007, when we invested massively in the development of our infrastructure, machines and technologies.
Our activity combines a unique tradition and the professional qualifications of our employees, where craftsmanship is passed down from generation to generation.

We outsource tooling to our customers thanks to solid and proven relationships with our cooperation partners, both in Europe and Asia. The design and manufacture of tools is the basis for the production of first-class parts. That is why our specialists pay the greatest attention to quality. We provide the so-called "in-house" production of control preparations.
Our specialty is the injection moulding of thermoplastics and their surface treatment.
Every year we invest in in the renewal of our the machine park, automation and new technologies. We offer our customers the capacity of ENGEL, KRAUSS-MAFFEI and BATTENFELD injection moulding machines, which are supplemented with modern peripheral equipment (drying, nitrogen injection, fully automated workplaces, etc.). We supply parts for the electrotechnical and automotive industries, household appliances and pharmaceuticals.
We distinguish between visual parts (i.e. highly demanding to manufacture in terms of design and surface durability)), technical parts (these are very precise parts that must meet demanding conditions of resistance during load and movement) and functional parts (most of the remaining plastic parts for various uses).
We have been painting plastic parts since 2001, when we started production on our first painting line with 2 robotic workstations. We made a significant technological step in 2007, when we put into operation 4 new robotic painting lines that allow the application of water-based paints, including the possibility of using multiple color layers.
Our painted parts are part of cars of many world brands as well as leading manufacturers of household appliances or air conditioners.
We offer the possibility of assembling products, either directly during the production of parts or at a modern specialized assembly workplace. We are always open to your individual requirements.
For printing plastic parts, we use modern printing machines for tampoprint and screen printing. We also offer our special workplace for foiling (so-called "heat traand "hot stamping").
