Flowmatik is an intelligent system dedicated to the technological processing air distribution for multi-hopper applications, capable of automatically managing the entire process by monitoring each individual material with specific algorithms. It ensures precise and dynamically calibrated airflow control based on direct airflow measurement, eliminating waste and providing optimal drying conditions for each hopper. The Flowmatik server controls each material being treated, realising a flexible, precise dehumidification system capable of guaranteeing automatically constant treatment quality. The operator only needs to input two parameters, material type and throughput, all other settings are managed automatically by the system, minimizing the risk of errors and accelerating the drying preparation process.

In the plastics industry, proper material-machine matching is essential to ensure efficiency, final product quality, operational safety, and waste reduction. Dolphin is Moretto’s exclusive fully‑automatic sorting unit for material-machine matching in centralised conveying systems. Its innovative mechanism uses independent mechanical arms driven by a pneumatic cylinder, delivering reliable automation with a positioning time of less than 1 second, enabling fast production changes and high efficiency. Dolphin guarantees a hermetic arm coupling through sealing rings, providing perfect vacuum integrity. The stainless‑steel central manifold eliminates material contamination, making the system suitable for demanding sectors such as medical, food and optics. Built on a modular base, Dolphin can be configured from 2 to 36 I/O arms, allowing the number of inputs and outputs to grow with the plant.

X COMB is a compact and fully electric dryers series designed specifically for treating techno polymers. It provides high-quality dehumidification regardless of environmental conditions combining excellent performance with maximum flexibility of use. The range has been recently expanded with two new compact models: X Comb 19 and 20 for production rates of up to 60 kg/h. X COMB features many Moretto’s exclusivities: - The honeycomb desiccant rotor with molecular sieve made of 100% Zeolite. - The exclusive OTX (Original Thermal eXchanger) hopper for a perfect material drying with an optimised residence time. - The Hyper Flow turbocompressors that supply only the required airflow and keep energy consumption in check; - The X Technology for consistent drying performance and reliability over time.

Designed by Moretto, Silcontrol is a system that controls the automatic loading of plastic granules into silos. The material is identified using a barcode reader and matched to the relevant silo via a database. This avoids the unpleasant and costly inaccuracy of loading material into the wrong silo. The system queries the ERP software to verify that the scanned material complies with the relevant purchase order. Once the polymer to be loaded has been confirmed, the connection to the destination silo is prepared. The system states the loading phase with an LED lamp and verifies that the coupling of the tanker truck with the indicated silo.
