DeltaMax® Performance Modifiers improve the physical and flow properties of PP impact copolymers (ICPs) and blends. They enable converters to save energy and enhance sustainability by running machines with faster cycle times or by processing at lower temperatures. The DeltaMax 5000a additive enables resin producers to balance melt flow, impact strength, and stiffness of PP ICP resins more effectively, and increase their overall performance while helping to reduce energy use.
Better melt flow increases operating efficiency and can aid in the creation of more innovative part designs.

Hyperform® HPN® performance additives can enhance the performance of polypropylene (PP) resin for use in target applications. They resolve many of the production issues that converters may encounter when using traditional nucleators, including shrinkage and warpage, while eliminating the typical tradeoff between stiffness and impact performance. They also enable thin wall injection molders to save energy and increase productivity by reducing both cooling and cycle times during processing.

Hyperform® HPN® is a performance additive designed for use with post-consumer recycled polypropylene (PCR PP), ideal for use in injection molded applications. Hyperform HPN upgrades recycled PP by improving the material’s physical properties while also reducing the cycle time needed to process it. Additionally, these additives also provide for better dimensional control and crystallization stability during the post-injection molding period.

Our Millad® NX® 8000 ECO clarifying agent delivers glass-like clarity and transparency to polypropylene (PP) while enabling energy savings and reducing carbon emissions1. It also allows for the replacement of other clear resins with lightweight, durable and highly recyclable PP. Used to produce NX® UltraClear™ PP resin, this clarifying agent also is approved for use in food-contact applications.
Brand owners using PP clarified with Millad NX 8000 ECO can display the highly desired UL Environmental Claim Validation label on their injection molded parts.

UltraGuard™ Solutions for PE
UltraGuard™ slows the transmission of oxygen and moisture in high-density polyethylene (HDPE), improving its barrier performance by up to 50%. This can result in lighter-weight products and reduced material use. These additives can help enable the use of more mono-material film products, while also reducing the weight in thick-walled HDPE pharma bottles by up to 20% without sacrificing protection against light and moisture.
UltraGuard contributes to sustainability by enabling more mono-material film products, such as stand-up pouches and tubes, which enhances the recyclability of end products.
