MEYER KC Object Sorter (Bottle Sorter)
The MEYER KC object sorting series is designed for demanding plastic separation processes where both precision and operational stability are essential. The system enables sorting by polymer type and color, effectively separating PET from other plastics, PE from household chemical containers, and PP from trays and food packaging.
Advanced image analysis combined with AI algorithms allows for the recognition of a wide range of materials, including challenging fractions such as discolored or degraded plastics. A well engineered feeding system ensures smooth material flow and reliable performance even at high throughput.
The system supports up to 300 polymer classifications and enables simultaneous multi fraction sorting, including multi stage separation within a single unit.
