Description
Maltex Sp. z o o. has more than 25 years of experience in plastics processing. We have implemented and apply a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 for the design, manufacture and sale of plastic products.
It bases its business on the production of household products under the MALTEX HOME brand, as well as products for daily care and hygiene for children mBaby and Lulu Design.
Our injection molding machines, especially the Japanese JSW injection molding machines, guarantee a stable process and excellent repeatability. Fully automated, they ensure high productivity.
The machine park is additionally equipped with: central cooling system, 6.3T overhead crane, external GK controllers, thermostats, mills and external hydraulic core. Injection molding machines: JSW 850, JSW 450, Engel 350 are equipped with IML (In Mould-Labels) technology.
